Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be working on a range of projects, ranging from private to public clients, and delivering residential and commercial properties. You will be working within a hardworking and energetic team on a full-time basis.
- Structural Calculations;
- Supervision of projects;
- Creating reports;
- Analysing & understanding architectural drawings
- Arranging client coordination
Skills/Experience
- Experience in the local construction industry preferred;
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- A good eye for detail, assertiveness, and confidence;
- Must be fluent in English;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Good proficiency of AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and 3D modelling software;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with clients;
